Blue Beacon Truck Wash of Portland, OR

Paid $150 dollars for Truck and Trailer + Tire polish, rainex etc. Do not buy the extra stuff, not worth it at all. Just a simple truck and trailer wash is enough. My fuel tanks are still filthy, catwalk still greasy and my tires that i paid to have them shine look more like someone pissed on them.

4/10/26, I pulled in to get my truck washed. Two trucks ahead due to light rain, few customers. I was bob tailing and had just came out of Alaska. I understand long hours and being tired and am sensitive to it. However, I was approached by a young assertive type, who pointed to the board indicating which type of wash id like. I began explaining I needed my undercarriage clean. He stated that this location didnt have it. Again, no trailer, I meant just get it clean. He stated well if you want that we charge by the minute. Now I've been out here for a bit, been to hundreds of Beacons and never was told by the minute for washing my undercarriage. I asked for his manager, he explained he was the manager. I then requested he allow me to pull through as he photographed my truck so I began photographing him. I went to the truck wash just behind. Maybe he had a long day or maybe there are circumstances in his life I dont understand but I just moved on...terrible customer service. Worst I've experienced at a Blue Beacon.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this truck wash. I paid $253 for a full service — outside and inside wash of my truck and trailer, plus engine cleaning. Basically, the whole package. What I got instead was extremely poor quality and zero effort from the staff. The workers clearly don’t care about doing a proper job. If you don’t personally point out every single spot that needs attention, they will leave it dirty. They don’t try to do things right — they just try to get you out as fast as possible. The engine wash was especially terrible. I had to point it out three times, and it honestly felt like they just sprayed water on it so it looked wet and called it done. The attitude is completely unacceptable — lazy, careless, and unprofessional. I’ve never seen workers this unwilling to do their job properly. You literally have to stand there and supervise every step, otherwise nothing gets done. After just 15 minutes, they were already telling me to move out. That’s ridiculous for a “full service.” This is by far one of the worst truck wash experiences I’ve ever had. The service is pathetic. Places like this shouldn’t even be in business. They are charging people money without providing
